Vyrwnos Office Floor in Nicosia is a 300 sqm footprint office space in one of the most prominent areas of Nicosia. The management committee of the organization assigned the studio to carry out a Feasibility Study, and to produce a design proposal for an open plan office space which would be available to independent companies and individuals.
The main objective of the design brief was to create adaptable elements in the space to accommodate large scale changes in the future without carrying out extensive demolition work.
