The project consists of 3 single floor apartments in the heart of Platy Aglantzias with views towards the mountains in the North and the Athalassa Park on the South. The plot is accessible from roads both from the front and the back, therefore the design is tackled as such for the building to distinguishly look like an entity blurring the lines between back of house and Front facade creating a 3 Dimensional visual connectivity with the viewer and it's user.
The Terraces for each flat have been placed at different intervals to provide privacy from floor to floor.
The Building is 99% energy efficient with full solar panel coverage for each apartment individually and is equipped with smart systems both Mechanical and Electrical for each Apartment and it's common areas.
A semi basement with access from the secondary road provides covered Parking for six cars and Electrical charging points.
The building emphasizes on the organic growth of greenery as part of the design and embraces the natural growth of plants along the facades.
