The Development Company purchased the building on Park Crescent and the Building behind with the Intention to create Luxury Apartments to the front and Affordable housing to the back. The Main facade is listed therefore the Contractors had to demolish the entire building behind the facade and support the listed part with metal steel frame joists. 
The Design Management of the building was solely supervised and managed by us to ensure the vision and design elements were met.
