The Development consists of 1 Bed, 2 Bed and 3 Bed apartments of a Total number of 11 Flats.
The Design focuses mainly around a central core that leads from the Ground Floor to the Roof Terraces.
Each Section of the building which is split into 4 separate sections that cantilever from the edges of the Main Core.
A sculptural External Staircase connects all floors. The Principal of the design seeks to allow privacy to every residence and prevent any overlooking matters as well as taking full advantage of the corner location of the Plot and the Green Public Area to the back of the Development.
