The project involves an existing Residence that has been bought at shell and core. With Limited Internal changes, the design aims to create a cozy environment for the clients, with smart separations that would enable a subtle division of each area without the visual obstruction of the space.
The materials aim to introduce a visual connection between the spaces with glimpses of specialist finishes and color to bring aspects of the outside into the residence and create an openness to the Residence that suffers from low Ceiling Heights.
