The Central Concept is based on the main orientation and contextual integration. The area is surrounded merely by single dwellings and the challenge was to design a 5 apartment building that fits within the context of the area.

The back of the Ground floor is solely dedicated to the Ground floor apartment to provide the majority of the land as Garden to the Apartment and give privacy to the owners independently from the Front of House.

The two bedroom apartments are facing the South, with an integrated Garden at the edge of each balcony to provide a green Façade and provide a tidy homogeneous look to the façade.
